ABOUT US

Corrine Denton, then Corrine Beebe, was born in North Bend, Oregon, on the beautiful southern coast. Although still insisting that it was a wonderful place to grow up, there were few opportunities for a young person and she left for the big city of Portland soon after school. A most fortunate move as it was there that she met...

Jerry Denton. Born in Spokane, Washington, having moved around considerably in early years, has lived in Portland since High School.

We met at a workplace, an electronics manufacturing company. Corrine worked there for a few years after we were married and then went on to become a Human Resources Manager at a couple of hospitals in the Portland area. Jerry stayed on working toward a Manufacturing Manager position until 1990.

We have two children. Our son, Bradley, now lives in Rancho Palos Verdes, California with his wife, Kristine and their two daughters, Madison and Zoe. Our daughter, Stephanie, lives in Beaverton, Oregon with her two daughters, Kia and Blake.

And this, our life, exempt from public haunt, finds tongues in trees, books in the running brooks,

sermons in stones, and good in everything.
